PROBLEM STATEMENT

Momentum saw the opportunity to elevate their clients’ digital experience by providing a more personal and connected journey. To make this a reality, they needed to gain a deep understanding of their technology landscape, user groups, and business context.

WHAT WE DID

The Project Connect XD team dove into research to gather key insights about the technology landscape and user groups. Using this information, they crafted high-level concept journeys that were continually refined through feedback from stakeholders and user research. Workshops and technical capabilities were utilised to fine-tune the journeys and ensure they met the goals of the project.

Our team was able to break away from traditional website design and create a dynamic, hyper-personalised, and connected digital experience. Their goal was to empower clients to self-service on digital touch-points through an omni-channel experience that was guided by a deep understanding of the customer ecosystem and their unmet needs. This resulted in an efficient, engaging, and supportive experience for clients.
